Ryan Thomson (Captain Fiddle) Performs on Main Saturday 6/19

Ryan Thomson, known as Captain Fiddle, will be performing in the Main Street Bandstand this Saturday on June 19th from 11 to 2 p.m. kicking off the 3rd season of the Music on Main Street Series that puts music on Main through Labor Day every Saturday.  


Captain Fiddle is a Newmarket resident and accomplished musician. He has written the Fiddler's Almanac, a general book about fiddling, found in over 3000 libraries in North America. See his extensive music biography. For more information, contact Captain Fiddle.


The Main Street Music Series is sponsored by Lamprey Arts & Culture Alliance (LACA) and the Newmarket Business Association. On Saturdays music will be heard drifting down Main as errands are run and breakfast is eaten between 11 and 2. Bob Halperin, BrandyLeif and Deep Fried Blues are lined lined up to play over the following three weeks.
